Has anyone every had Sonic to agree to a consolidation? If so, did they give you a hard time? Did they still send over a wage assignment to your employer even after the consolidation agreement and did they report it to the credit bureau?

I did not do a consolidation as I had a loan with PRL Direct when I applied for Sonic. They turned me down since the company was one in the same. I did not make arrangements with them quick enough and they did get a garnishment order from one paycheck. I paid it on my own and got that cancelled. It was embarrassing in my company where there are 12 of us.

Just an FYI...

Wage assignments need to be signed in person. Forceable wage assignments were done away with. Anything you voluntarily signed, you can withdraw.

They will not accept anything like that - but they will send a wage assignment to your job
