T & C I think they are to busy

I'm just curious if any new people have signed up this week with T & C ? I have called several times and it doesn't seem like any action has been taken on my account. Does anybody have a positive experience they can share with me on T & C ? Thanks

Awknox, they are very busy, I'm not new with them but I know they are too busy sometimes. When I first signed up several months back it took about 1-2 weeks to get my accounts moving but it will happen. I know it's hard but please be patient with them, they do help.
