I'm in the military and need help getting my payday loans paid off. I can no longer afford to pay the enormous fees because I'm falling behind on my other bills. I'm afraid I will lose my job... Any suggestions?

I so stressed out I don't know what to do, I can hardly afford to pay the bills I have along with PDL's
huge fees... I want to consolidate-does this work?

First, please give us some basic information.

Where are you ? Are you a service member or a contractor to the military ( please help me, the military will discharge you for getting collection call)? I know they have the code of military conduct, but I have never heard of someone being discharged for something like that. what loan companies are you dealing with?

Consolidation only works if the creditors are willing to work with the consolidation companies. Creditors are not required to work with or accept any proposal from any consolidation program. If they wont work with the consolidator, then you are still legally responsible to pay the debt (assuming the debt was legally incurred , and interests and fees are being applied in a manner consistent with laws). If you are in the military, are their any program offered through the DOD, which would help you deal with these matters?

A brief review of the DOD website indicates there is a program which may be able to get you going in the right direction. Its Called Military One Source. their numbers e are: From the United States: (800) 342-9647. From outside the United States (where available): (800) 3429-6477. International collect: (484) 530-5747.

I am in West Palm Beach,Fl. active duty army.
The companies I am dealing with are Discount Advances,Ten Dollar Payday loans, Apple pay day,
Payday OK, Payday Select,United Cash loans, Cash direct express, Nationwide, Military Financial. I
have checked with military One Source and will be
speaking to someone on Tuesday. I have also checked
with some CCCS ,but they can not consolidate PDL's.
I do have a call into T & C as well. I am just really
scared at this point because their fees are so high ,I'm starting to fall behind on my regular bills
and afraid I will lose my job. Any more suggestions?
