Continually contact you at work? If you have a PDL with Sonic and have defaulted can they continually contact you at work if you've sent them a C & D?

Hey Jake....

Send another C&D to them,as well as cc'ing it to your states AG's office. That might quiet them down.It worked for me!

Send a copy to the AG as well, cc'd to sonic and their henchmen!

Original Creditor are not governed under the fdcpa of they use their own name to collect. If the collections department owned by the orginal creditor operates under a diferent name, then they ARE bound by the FDCAP.

In truth there are very few laws that restrict the activities of the original creditors.

Why did you give your work number if you didn't want to be contacted at work? I will never understand this in all my life. Don't put your work number on anyhting unless you want to be called at it.

If it requires you to do so and you know you might get into trouble for getting calls then you know it's somehting you shouldn't be signing up for.
