NEED Help, I cannot afford to live like this.

I really need help. I have 8 payday loans out right now. Everytime i get paid from my employer my checking account is almost all depleated because of the extention fees they charge. I cannot afford to live like this and i know that i put myself in this situation. I cannot pay my rent on time, my utlities, my car payment in which i had my car repoed because of this. I need some kind of solution but don't know were to start. This past week i had to close my checking account because of some fraudulent charges, and now i am scared of what the pdls might do because they can't access my account for payment. I really need help and i really want to consolidate my Loans. What do I need to do.???? :cry:


Welcome to the forums! :D First take a deep breath!If you signed up for the free counseling,someone will be contacting you. Consolidation will be of great help,one payment,lower interest,etc. You will also find that you are not alone,we are here to guide and support you. Elizabeth, don't take so much of stress. It won't do any good. Sit back and take an easy breath. There are ways of handling every problem. You will also find a solution to your problem. A consultant will talk to you about your debt accounts and you frame your payments. You will find some saving through the consolidation program and use the money towards your utility bills. Consolidation is a big help during such financial crisis. Make the monthly payments set in the plan and you will get everything under control. Don't miss otherwise everything will square back to zero.

I have already sent letters to the pdl's stating that i am having finacial hardships and am not able to pay the fees and or the loan i owe. I simply stated that i will be going through a Consolidation company and they will be hearing from them soon. I have also informed them that my checking account has been closed due to some fraudulten charges that were made. I have aslso asked them if there were any options that they might have as far as making payments to them. Have i made the right move? Also I have a Payday loan that is not from the internet but actually have a location that i go to to. What should i do about them. My loans are coming due on the 31st, and i don't have the money to pay them. Still really stressed. :?

Are you in touch with your consolidation company or you are waiting for their call? Since you have explained your move to the lenders, they might have understood your situation and are waiting for the consultant to place the proposal. I see you registered here for the free counseling. Someone will call you shortly and talk to you about your situation.
