I am not having luck with T & C

I'm sorry, I have been with T & C for just over a week, I'm not having any luck getting a call back, even though I have called about 5 different days, and everytime I call my counselor is not available. Just wondering if anybody else is having the same probelm. Thanks
T&C is a busy company as most have said here. They will contact
T&C is a busy company as most have said here. They will contact you when they get off from some of their busy schedules. Keep trying if you can talk with your counselor.

awknox2003 , I had the same problem 2 weeks ago, but I've been told that the next time I call anybody in their office can assist me with anything. but my next problem w/ them is I can get through, so I tried callign first thing in the morning (the moment they open their office :) and I was able to connect. what extension are u calling. You can also try faxing them your message.
