Nationwide keeps telling me that they won't talk to anybody but me and they won't deal with any debt consolidation company.
After doing some reasearch, I found out that the branch that I went is not even licensed in LAs Vegas. I mean their license is no longer active.
There are other PDL stores too that I found out that they don't have an active license. Advice, advice. I need help cause these loan sharks are really killing me.

Have you reviewed your account with the company? The interests and fees should be within your state laws. If Nationwide Budget is not having an active license in your state, I guess, they can't take any legal actions against the consumers in default. But that does not erase the debt. You are still liable to pay back the principal amount and the legal fees.
Talk to your consolidation company whom you have hired to work on this account. They need to give you some assurance about working with this loan company.
