Loan Mart also called and they said they going tos ue me for bad check. The check is for $1000 incl interest.
I called T&C and left them a message. I am hoping that they can give me an advise cause I'm really freaking out.

Are either of these places storefront lenders? Storefront lenders are more likely to sue and get judgement than an online lender. The one storefront lender I dealt with tried to sue me as well, even though I was sending payments through my program.

Alot of the storefront lenders won't work with consolidation companies. It probably would be best for you to work out some repayment plan with them on your own.
I did that with one of mine, and paid them every two weeks. It was hard, and I was real broke for awhile, but I got them paid!
If you keep up with the payments, they'll most likely not sue.

If they are storefront lenders, I would defiantly keep trying to send payments to them and hopefully by the time they try to pursue judgement you can have them paid off or close to being paid off.

When you send your money to the companies, keep a watch that they are posting it towards your account. You will know their intentions if they debit your money or accept through money order.

99% of my lenders are store front and most of them are saying that they are not going to participate w/ T&C. But per my conversation with T&C, they said that most of them will say that thinking that they might scare me off and pay them.
Now I am thinking if most of the store front lenders won't deal w/ my consolidation company, then I made a very big mistake of hiring them.
I asked some people I know that had loans with Kosters, Cash Call & Loan Mart. Each one of them have different experiences. One of them were lucky to get away from judgement (it's been a year) and one of them were garnished after a month. But (for the one with garnishment) for her, she totally ignored all the lenders calls and letter. When she got her check one day, she was shocked to see that half of it went to pdl companies.
Do you know anyone who's been succesful with consolidation and no judgement was placed on her. I really can't afford to pay them right now even the interest cause i'm just stating to get back on my feet. I have to prioritize my house then my car. When i'm caught up then I will definitely pay all those loan sharks.

chicagobabe0725, I guess you need some cover before these storefront lenders file a case against you someday. If they win the case in the court (because you are not paying towards the debt, if T&C fails to make the payments), a payment plan will be set for you anyway through court and you can't avoid that. Otherwise, you will fall in more legal troubles.
Unfortunately, your situation can turn serious. I think, the best way to come out of it is to arrange some money from your friends or family members and send it to your lenders. This will ensure some safety to you and the company will understand your intentions. After some payments are done, the lenders might do some arrangements suitable to you.

Thanks Christina for your advice. I called Kosters today and made payment arrangement myself. The manager that I spoke with was so nice. He lowered down my payment from 150 biweekly to 60/mo. He said I have to check with him every two weeks if they can give me credit because I've been a good customer and for all the efforts that I'm making.
His words may not be written in stone but it lessened my worries about my wage being garnished.
He understands that I have to prioritize my house first and other bills. My 2 month old and 3 yr old kids kind of help me with the sitution because they were crying during the conversationversation. I don't want to use my kids to get sympathies but that's what happened. At first he was firm that they need atleast 160/mo but then when he hears my story and hears my kids crying he changed his mind. He also got a newborn and totally understand that family should go first before anything else. After we spoke, I wrote him a thank you letter hoping that he would stick to his promise.

Chicago, get the deal in writing from him also. You never know when he changes his mind later. You will have proof in writing about your agreement.

Anyway, thanks again Christina. I think I'll do that after I made my 1st payment on the 15th.

Did they make you sign a voluntary wage garnishment? if so write them a letter (to all of your PDL's) resending that voluntary wage garnishment and send a copy to your payroll department. It won't necessarily stop them from garnishing your wages, but it will make them jump through more hoops to do it. Instead of simply sending the Voluntary wage garnishment to your payroll department and telling them to give them X amount, they will now have to go to court and sue you to get the garnishment. At this point you could have the opportunity to explain your situation to the court, and instead of them getting their garnishment they could end up having to accept a payment plan anyway.
I am glad to see it seems like your panic is subsiding and you are beginning prioritize your bills, that is the first step in a long process.

As long as you stick with the payment plan it should work out fine..They really don't WANT to garnish you, it costs them money.

What should I do with Cash Central. They're denying that they received my letter and received any proposal from my consolidator. They keep calling me at work at leaving me messages at general mailbox. When I called them they said they are definitely not going to work with any consolidators and they are giving me 3 days to settle my account or they will sue me. I told them that I will call my cons. and will tell them what they told me.
