Payday loans busted!!!!!

Hey Guys The list is growing all of these companies will no longer be able to do business in WV. Payday Advance Plus Get Cash 911, Checks for Cash, Starlight Financial, AnyDay Cash, CNCFunding, Elite Cash Advance, Magnum Cash Advance, First American Cash Advance. There was only 1 storefront lender in this bunch, the rest are internet. So progress is being made. If you are in a state where there are already interest caps COMPLAIN!!!! The results are definately working when you have a state that will fight these criminals. KYSIDE38


Just today I had money taken out of my account electronically for a payday loan I had never received or heard of. Can you imagine? How do they do it?

The loan companies have many DBA names? Which company did the debit? They can use some other company for doing the debit if you had any loan with one.

Ask your bank to give more information about the company. They can also dispute the debit with the company and try to reverse the amount if it is done in a wrong manner.

You're right. My bank said this was a company that they were familiar with. The company name is Express Cash Loans. I had a loan with Fast Cash 500 about a year ago and swore I would never do it again when I had to pay back at least twice the amount borrowed. The bank said they will put an electronic transfer on an account long after the loan is paid off. I have to fill outan affadavit now but the bank does not see it as a problem because my account shows no deposit of funds for them. My concern is what if they keep doing it?

You guys are talking about XPRESS Cash? I also have a loan out with XPRESS Cash/DMS Marketing, I'm wondering if they are the same as the one's you are talking about.
