Credit companies that but freezes on your accounts?

Question, I had made arrangements with Stillman Law office from a credit card I had like 5 years ago. At first they had a "Summons and Complaint" then a "Judgement" against me or maybe the other way around for $2129.34 I had contacted them and said I was willing to make some kind of payment arrangements, they sent me a letter stating I would pay $185 a month I contacted them and said I could only afford $100 a month, this was agreed upon verbally and have been making these payments since and have been current. I went to use my debit card last weekend and found it wouldnt work(never had problems with this before)come to find out Stillman had but a "freeze" on my account because 3 payments were late. I called them and couldnt believe they did this. This was my last $500 I had in my account for emergencies etc, and I was paying them from my checking account after I deposited my from my job which is on $6 an hour. I told the lady that was a very nasty thing to do she said "thats what we do mam we take peoples money" needless to say I was in tears by this time and I appolized about the payments being late she said I should have sent them Fed x(more money I dont have)needless to say as this was going on which she said had been processed July 20th I had been using my debit card not knowing I would incure $200 in NSF, I asked her how I was suppose to pay these she said "You figure it out" (talk about feeling like a crimanal). She said had I know about the freeze I would have closed my account, I said I wouldnt do that because I want this of my credit report she said "yea right you would just like everyone eles" well if she treats people like that I can understand why they would. Then my husband called and asked this person how I was suppose to make any more payments if I cant use my checking account because if I put money in they will take it and bounch another check she said I would have to call back to set up some other arrangemetns. Why would I want to speak to someone who has treated me this way. I have emailed the Attorney General, The govener of Michigan, The BBB, and the Ferderal Trade Commision. I have an apt with an attorney Tommorrow at 11am. I just feel like I have done something wrong when I havent. I have been an honest citizen and have made other payments to creditors threw my checking account and not once has any of them done this to me. I asked her how I was suppose to get gas for me car, groceries et, she said that was my problem. Help with any advice with be great about now.
