I wasn't aware they could freeze your account,I thought only the IRS could. Anyway,I would look up all your paperwork, the judgement, summons and the letter they sent you with your payment arrangement they set up. Look over these and see if there is a clause somewhere that says if you are late, they can do this.I would try to call them back and talk to someone else to see what you can come up with, better yet,if you can,go in person.I would also talk with a bank officer about your NSF fees. My youngest son got in a mess with NSF fees, and we talked with an officer who let him pay them off,but only after he closed the account.Good Luck, maybe someone else knows more about this than me-keep us posted...Karen :D

You have a judgment against you....even making payments they can still garnish you and levy your bank accounts. Did you respond to the summons? Appear in court? You probably could have gotten a stipulated judgement but they are not doing anything that they are not legally permitted to do.
Stillman
They are scum bottom feeders that prey on the weak and poor. They are the type of law firm that gives their profession the reputation as scum and the creeps that the profession attracts.
They are trying to screw us over as well and have failed so far !
I will fight them with all that i can to make sure they do not get 1 cent out of us and that they keep spending their cash that they steal from others that are not as smart as we are.
Stillman when your time comes you will go straight to hell !!!
