After knowing about your options from the consultant of that consolidation company, you are free to decide working with them or just avail the free counseling. Is there any way of finding out the company in my area that debtconsolidationcare has partnered with before i take the free quote? I have looked up the Consumer credit counseling Services in my phone book. Do you know if they are legit and reliable? Any info would be of help

I just lol checked my email and all i have is account info. And as for me not being stressed - you are chatting with a woman who is about to do herself in if she can't get something figured out! I'm prolly gonna lose my home, my relationship with my hubby of 33 yrs is not good right now because of the financial stress yadayadayada. How can you tell me to relax under these circumstances? Ok i've vented i am sorry i've just never in my life been in this kind of situation I've explained situation with Chase Credit card pplk they don't want to help and now i'm getting 15-20 phone calls. Do I have to answer the phone? When I called them the first time to let them know i couldn't pay I asked them not to call my home.

I too heard complaints about Chase. Maybe their system is not consumer friendly. A consultant will call you shortly and an email will also be there in your inbox in a while. Keep a watch. I hope everything gets fine for you
