In response to trying to cancel my servicing with
your firm through CCC of A , I was told that even
though I decided not to use your services and did not sign a contract, my checking
account would still be debited on the 16th of Sept and the 1st of October. I had decided not to go with the debt settlement program because of the risks involved. Do I still have to pay your fee?
