I checked my email and discovered a nasty email from them telling me to Quick Collect the rest of the loan to them. They told me they could initiate an investigationto make sure the info on the application was not false! They talked about Federal Bureau regulation and laws and suing me. Any suggestions?

I had a $500.00 loan out with them, which I had paid a total of $656.25 in interest and fees + $300.00 in principal on. That is a total of $956.25 paid to them. I started faxing them the letter asking for my account to be marked paid in full on May 17 (phone and fax number is the only contact information that I have for them). To this day, I still have not received ANY response from them, in spite of the fact that I have been faxing them numerous times daily. I did notice that shortly after I first faxed the letter to them that they deleted my account from their website. I don't know how much you have already paid them, and what your state laws are regarding interest rates and such but they are not going to sue you. I have been threatened with that from another loan company also. I would say that you need to find out what your state laws are and determine how much you have paid back to them already before doing anything else. You will need to pay back the original loan amount plus the allowable interest rate in your state. I would definitely NOT send them anything via Quick Collect.
