BBB reports

Hello. I have been working with a debt settlement company for the past 20 months. Overall things are going pretty well. I only have one account left to settle out of 7 placed into the program. This is more a curiosity question than anything. I always check the BBB.org web site before doing business with anyone, as I did with the debt settlement company before enrolling with them. I know I shouldn't base my choices soley on what I get from the BBB site, but it helps make decisions. Anyway, when I went into the debt settlement program the company was a BBB member and had a good standing with few complaints. Earlier this year I noticed they were no longer members and had several complaints against them, also a note in the BBB's site about trying to intimidate customers to withdrawl complaints, or they would not even try to resolve them. Anyway, I just tried to bring up their BBB report to see if anything has changed, and now it's not even there. I tried by company name, phone number, and URL. All still exist and are working properly. So, I know they are still doing business. Has anyone ever seen this before?? How would a report suddenly get removed?? Something seems very fishy! I'm close enough to completion of the debt settlement program that to me it probably won't matter, and they've been good to me so far. I just feel others have the right to that information before enrolling with this company. Has anyone ever seen this before. Why would a BBB report just disappear from the web site??
