The best way to know about the company before signing with them is to review their feedbacks with the local law enforcement agencies. Every company with a valid license is mostly listed with the Dept. of Finance. That's the right place where you will get accurate information about the companies in your area. It's ok that a particular company can have few complaints but the important thing is to find out how or whether they have been resolved till date.
