Hi everyone, anybody experiencing problem with T&C. It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get hold of them. I left them numerous messages and sent them an email but not getting any response.
My creditors keep on harassing me still and they said they did not received anything from T&C nor the letter that I sent them. I know they just want to scare me but I really need an advise and need to talk to my consolidator.
Help!!!

I was finally able to talk with someone last Thursday. I also heard from one of the PDL's that they received a contract from them and signed it. I must admit i'm not happy with the level of communication I have received so far from T & C... I was expecting having my own counselor and dialog with them as to exactly what is going on, and how to handle questions you might receive from the PDL's in my case. I guess at this point I haven't seen the benefits of consolidating...

I left another message for T&C bec one of my PDL is requesting that they should call or they don't have a choice but to make legal action against me. Clock is ticking but I'm still waiting.

I haven't had an issue with them getting back to me. It is kind of frustrating when you can't get someone right away, but I do think they are working on this because they have asked for feedback on several of my creditors. Have you paid the deposit and sent them money to pay your creditors? I think that can be a holdup sometimes, because without the cash, they can't really do alot. I also know they are VERY busy, which isn't an excuse for anyone. They do call me back though.

Hmmmm. T&C has been good on responding to my messages before. It's just that this past 2 weeks is kinda freakin' me out. Yes, Gettinout I already sent them my fee and the weekly payments but none of my creditors (according to them) did not received any proposal or call from T&C and I'm not getting any call back or email from them. Still wonderin'. Thanks guys.

It does take time for them to send out the initial proposals to the creditors. I know how daunting and scarey it can be, especially when you are dealing with pdl companies. Been there, done that. I am no longer with them but thanks to this forum, they are busier than ever. I used to hate waiting just to talk to someone but shoot them an e-mail. You said one is talking about legal action, is this a storefront lender or online one?

Hi Mishele, most of my pdl are storefront lenders. I did sent them (T&C) an email but not getting any response either. I can't use my cell phone at work nor our company phone during business hrs. I only have 1/2 hr lunch & having a hard time getting through before my lunch is over.
I am taking Wednesday off to spend calling my pdl and T&C and I will go to my AG????????s office to file a complaint against 3 of them who keeps leaving nasty messages to my boss????????s voice mail. I repeatedly ask them not to but the manager from Your Credit said he doesn????????t care and same answer from 2 of YC????????s sister company.
He even told me he doesn????????t f$$$ care if I????????m going to lose my house and he asked me if I do understand English. I????????m not going to stoop down to his level so I will just got to my AG and see what will happen

I????????m kind of getting used to being harassed ?????? but when my friend called and told me that her wages was garnished by Your Credit freaks me out. She did not receive any letter and it????????s only been 2 weeks since she defaulted on her PDL.
