1st credit strikes again

1st credit is at it again..there using myspace to look for people.. i had to change my number because they keeped calling me 10-15 times a day and when i send a cease and disist letter and ask for validation the lady said we dont have to obay that were still going to make " cortasy calls" until you come to some arragmets.. i changed my number and had t&c deal with then..then today i got a friends invite on myspace it looked like someone i wanted to chat and have fun so i added them then when they emailed me it was someone at 1st credit saying i owe them this and email me for paymemt arrangmets.. are they voliation fedca laws.. how low will they go to find peolple who dont want to put up with them?

This is very disgusting and unprofessional of CAs doing such business activities. How can they poke into someone's personal space? Their must be some professional ways of doing the collections. I am amazed when they say not to follow the cease and desist rule. Read them the laws regarding the cease and desist communication mentioned in the FTC. Here is the link
