Is it OK for OC to pull CR every few days?

Hopefully I can post this screen shot I took while viewing my Experian CR online today. Even though this is said to not report against me, and is viewable only to me, something seems off. Can they really do this? yes, I do have a delinq. acct with them. Sorry if it's big, I wanted it to be legible.

Why they would want to look at it every few days is beyond me. What do they think will happen? Every few months makes sense, every few weeks is excessive, every few days is absurd. You can ask them why they do that, and ask them to stop.
