I need an address to a pdl company called paychecktoday.com

Thank God things are going okay for me with the 9 pdl's that I have. But this one called me at work and was extremely rude. I sent all of my creditors a courtesy letter explaining that I was having financial probs due to possible identity theft. All of them accepted my arrangements except for Paychecktoday.com. They would not give me a mailing address, would not tell me what state they were in or anything. When I was trying to set up arrangements they kept demanding credit card info..I don't have a credit card I told them. Rep got mad and told me he was putting me in collection and hung up one me. A few days later another rep from their office sent me an email giving me the opportunity to pay in three installments/(balance 200.00). I asked him about the letter that I faxed his office and he stated that there was nothing noted in my account. So the rep that called a few days earlier did not note my account. Well I agreed to this gentleman's arrangements because he was fair and much friendlier. These arrangements were made on 8-29-2006. Well I received a phone call on 9-8-2006 from United Legal which is a collections company. The first rep did indeed put me in collection. I believe it was personal because he was not getting away with talking unprofessionally to me. Well the collection agency rep was worse. He demanded 265.00 w/credit card as well. I explained to him the arrangements that were already made w/paychecktoday.com and he stated in an abrupt tone "they will not talk to you and that my account belonged to them". I told him that this is not fair and that I wanted to speak to someone higher up and he said for what just pay the damn bill. Oh my he was soooo rude. I asked him what State they were in and he refused to give me that info. Well we have caller id at work so I found out he was calling from Florida. Well I emailed the gentleman that was nice and he called back from a Phildelphia ph#..Ohh Ohh..Well pdl's are not permitted in Philadelphia..I immediately emailed the payday loan consumer website that I got of of this forum and they responded back and told me that pdl's are not permitted in Philadelphia.. She is going to report this and also advised me to contact the Philadelhia legislature as well a Kentucky..Be careful guys!
