Route 66 Funding is such a pain these days. They are doing similar illegal things in almost every other state. I wonder if their business is experiencing some shortage of funds because of which they have got into these illegal tactics and make money. Read some of the other posters explaining their situation. I feel very sad when dealing with such crooks. What legal reasons do such companies get to exist???????? Unfortunately, the innocent people are at the loss because of such shady companies.

Maybe the lady will understand that since she suddenly didn't understand English when I went off about how she's illegally soliciting business with an OH citizen without a license and that they'll be reported tomorrow morning to the AGs office. Stated we have a license in Ohio and I told him "That is funny, because I'm looking you up now and you are not listed, it means only one thing, YOU ARE NOT LICENSED IN OHIO MORON! DO YOU THINK I'M AN IDIOT!!??, he then said "We have thousands of loans" I responded "Thousands of ILLEGAL LOANS!" And I promised him that I was filing a complaint with the Div. of Financial Institutions tomorrow for repeated harassment and solicitation to make a loan with out a license. He said "OK we'll take you off our call list" I told him it was too late, and I promise I will be filing a complaint tomorrow. I think I'm starting to enjoy my banters with the idiots.

Amy, just be careful in case they try to hold something against you for your statements. You know you are right and what if they try to get a bs case against you for your exchange of words. Just thought of letting you know in case the company is using a recording device. You have a strong point against the company, try not to make it weaker from your side. :concerned:

It's hard not to get so angry when you've been taken advantage of and it's harder not to get even angrier at yourself for being naive and allowing yourself to be taken advantage of. I've read the posts of how others have described horror storied in dealing with this company.

Knock 'em dead Amy! 9 months ago I dealt with Interim cash, the same darned company. These guys would call me evry night! One night they called at 10:30 pm..I let them know it was illegal to call so late, and the guy told me that he was working overtime, and there are overtime call hours, too. Can you believe that? I was speechless..I think I remember having a pretty good time with them, they're all bark and absolutely no bite.

This is just disgusting. Finsfan that person who did the call to you from Interim had had a bad day. Business policies of any company will not have such rules of disturbing people at other ends if someone from the company personally decides to do overtime.
