I have the card. I know their customer service is poor, but I did not have the $70 activation fee. I paid $20 to activate and that went towards my $150 in fees. They must change the conditions for each person.

I have the card as well, i had to pay the 150 like others but i dont know what you are talking about the 70.oo activation fee!1 as far as the customer service, yea it sucks. But tell them what you want and they make it happen.

I contacted them today to let them know my bank info. switched, explained what happened the lady was very nice, (spoke English), I told her I had tried to contact earlier last week, but had to hang up each time out of frustration because the customer service rep. did not speak English, she laughed, and said they get that complaint alot. She was pretty nice though and worked with me.

I have Imagine and I like it. I didn't have a $70 Fee. mine was only $4.oo and they gave it back to me and the customer service reps are foriegn and the english sux but the company isn't bad i like it.

I have to agree with the first post
I hate this company. I closed my account, and they continued drafting my bank afterwards, then I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone to talk to, it was like they knew I was going to call, and blocked me so everything is automated. I was soo pissed! And yes, they do charge a ton of rediculous fees! $10/month for "maintenance", that's rediculous, that's on top of the 23% interest!
