ICS Doesn't Want to Play Ball

Just got a call. (At work no less. But I already told our receptionist what's going on.)
They want to be paid the $200.00 principal to close the loan. Unfortunately, (for them that is), this is one of the ones that I've paid far in excess of the $200.00 principal.
I told the woman I was at work and couldn't talk about it right now (which was true).
If they want to play hardball, I'll play hardball back and report them to my state's Office of Financial Institutions just like Amy did.

You need to stand strong while talking with people at ICS, Rick. Most of them are unprofessional and want to make more money from people. Their greed never ends! Period!
How much have you paid so far towards that account? If you have paid a huge amount by now, go ahead and ask for a 'paid in full' letter. The account must be closed by this time.
