Validated debt

Make sure that you get your debt validated because you should be confirmed about the company doing legitimate collections with your file info. If you don't get the details, your money can go to the wrong hands. fdcpa laws force collectors to provide the necessary information to the consumers. See this

After you have got your debt validated and found the information correct, send your letters. Keep in mind, collectors will not make payment arrangements. It can be done directly with the creditors.

Thanks for the info i have sent out Debt val letters have gotten no reply yet and its been almost two weeks.

They don't have to accept your payment plan. And you don't have to accept their payment plan. But if they do validate it they will continue to contact you until somehting is worked out to their satisfaction, not yours.
