K. first off, yes ive been reading the threads to other payday loan woe's. . its horrible and we're all stuck in a rut. I only had ONE for MONTHS and i was OKAY with it. Then it started getting bad, my bf got arrested, had to bail him out, in doing so, took out 3 new loans from 3 different places. unable to pay any back. One took one ACH thru my bank account so that one's cleared. but that was an old one my original one. Another one, ach'd thru my OTHER bank account. so that one's negative 600 now. i dont use that one much it was supposed to be set up to put away 10% of my check, but my work slacked and somehow never set up my direct deposit.

anyways, so currently i have 2 payday loans that are still pending it seems. they keep calling i dont answer, they called my mom left her a message once. but not since. thank god dont need her knowing what's going on!

All my credit cards that i used to have (years ago) have all been sent to collections and occasionally i get bills from them offering me to pay off half or 2/3 the amount whatever, but never had the money to do that.

I've got school loans i havent paid on yet. those'll always be there so im not horribly concerned about those right now.

So since my credit is so shotty at this point i cant get a loan to just pay off a bunch of things in one shot. (unless someone out there knows of something like that).

I'm currently the only one working in our household, boyfriends working on it. So i'm taking care of rent, car payment (no insurance right now \= )cell phone, food for us, and pets. Only bringing home about 900 every two weeks. And occasionally asking mom for a lil help here and there. (when i'm about to run out of gas, or bread ya know), and we're still needing to pay off the rest of his bailbond.

Im waiting to hear from the business that was recommended when i signed up here. it's sunday so im sure it'll be sometime this week.

Hi pawsibleclaws

I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I think you should talk with your loan companies for once and see what they can arrange for you. It is a tough situation for you since most of the responsibilities are on your shoulders. I hope that you find a way out very soon. Talk with a debt counselor for knowing about your options. The debt consolidation program will offer you the following benefits.

The consolidation program will make your repayment process easier. The interest rates will be lowered down and you will get the option of combining all the bills under one payment plan. I hope this program sounds helpful in your situation.

I am sorry that you have these issues to deal with. I am almost at that point that you are. I have payday loans too many to count, due my husband health and many hospital trips, and a change at his job resulting in delayed pay. I am paying them down, and in the next 3 checks should have 2 or 3 of them paid off. But until then it is scary.

Keep hope and things will improve.
