Just received an email from Payday2go stating that they will mark my account paid in full. I've sent them an email a week ago after defaulting. In my email, i stated that i have paid them $1575 on a $250 and that i have already overpaid them. Now i got that email, but they did not refund me the overpayment. I am not expecting anything back from them but i emailed them about it anyways. so that's 1 down and a few more to go.

i emailed Payday2go again today about the refund of $537.50, they emailed me back and said that i am not entitled to a refund, that they were even supposed to mark my account "paid in full" but bec. of my history they did me a favor and marked it $0 balance.. what do you guys think? should i still pursue the refund? what should i tell them? HELP me

i have been emailing payday2go for the refund of $537.50.. they ignored my emails that i sent last week.. so, i started emailing them again last monday, and i have been sending 3-5 emails a day.. Finally today, i got an email from them stating that they will send me a refund of $300.. and that if i don't agree with the amount that they would forward my complaints to their lawyers.. i accepted the offer bec. i just want this to be over with.. besides 300 is 300, it would go a long way for me.. let's hope that they do send it
