I recently moved to Canada. I have some credit card debt, school loan debt, and about $8,000 payoff dollars left on my auto loan. I'm hoping I can do better finacially here. But, it will take awhile. In the meantime, what am I facing in way of potential collection activity? I'm espeically concerned about my car for the immediate future as I obviously need transportation. Thanks.

Yes they can. You need to call the car lender and work out some kind of payment arrangements so you don't have to fear having your car repossessed. Trust me I have been there.
