I received a call today from Liability SOlutions out of Canada related to a payday loan from EZPayDay Cash. Actually they called my brother and friend and threatened them with subpoena whatever good that would do. SO i called and agreed to overnight them 518 for a 300 loan. I even called and gave them a tracking # but it hasnt left yet. After reading, they sound similar to Ellis Crosby, should i pay or go get the package before it leaves?

Her name is spelt Charline. I don't work for this company, and I'm not her. - I see you deleted my last post Jedi - good that you can delete posts at will to make yourself look better.
I've threatened no one, I simply stated that if 'Irritated' feels he/she is the product of identity theft to look into this - Identity theft is serious. If indeed identity theft is the issue, how is this company to blame?
It's sad that 'you' post that anyone that posts in defense of collectors on this sight must be employed by this company. Broaden your horizons - there are many people in this world.

All right guests, perhaps you can answer this. Why are you spending so much time on this site answering about any type of collection of pdl's if you are not in the industry? I cannot see how your flip answers would sway anyone here into paying a debt that may entirely be invalid or even illegal. You sure don't make any commission posting here,so what is your motivation.By the way,I don't owe you or anyone else squat.I post here to help others and to advocate between consumers and companies that have no idea of what the law is!

Well said cajunbulldog!

It has actually become entertaining reading their posts as they are so far fetched. They write like they know what they are talking about when in reality they are just con artists trying to scam honest people out of their hard earned money.

All I know is that it won't work with me and they can post until their blue in the face - as long as this forum is here they stand no chance at scamming people. Plan and simple.

I am sure they will have a reduntant response to my posting but they are falling on deaf ears cause their words are complete and utter lies and their scare tactics are just empty threats.

End of story.

Looks like Guest and Guest1 (who I BELIEVE are one in the same!) just contradicted themself on the buying of debt comment.

Once a scammer, always a scammer - save your comments - you can't con anyone here and your comments have been made by you and your collegues many times before which got your know where.

The least you could do is come up with a new angle!

Back to the scheming drawing board for you!!

Guest:

a) I didn't delete your post. I prefer to leave your sad words as a testament of your inability to form a rational thought.

b) Hell if I am digging back in threads to show the proof that you guys buy bad debt. The fact that you attempt to collect old 900 phone number bills that were excused and forgiven by phone companies is proof enough. Just because you were charged a debt doesn't mean it is yours. Spend a little time researching fraud.

c) Since you referred to yourself as "The Law Office", that shows you are someone from the company and not an outside party as you so claim. You also corrected the name of Charline, though your spelling of "spelled" {spelt?} needs improving.

d) And again I sing and dance "Ahh....the joy of an IP trace."

I agree and I know how she spells her name. I just find it very interesting that you, who does not work at the company, would point out an insignificant fact as that.

We all knew who he meant. If anyone might have been upset over the spelling, I would think Charline would have stopped here and mentioned it.

Ok - go back to verbally threatening people on the phone, guest. Talk to you soon. Oh wait - you never call me anymore. My bad.

Yes, perhaps my life is somewhat lack luster....
Oh well, we are one and the same (apparently)
You've made some interesting and sometimes accurate statements in past Jedi, but those of late are simply not so.
-I have never spoken to you Jedi, and I'm sure I never will.

You do not fit the profile of a Moderator Jedi, you are imature and like many of the 'Guests' posts your posts are full of useless, and base-less information.

A Moderator is not to judge, he/she is suppose to Moderate - be in the middle. You are clearly one sided.

Guest, Guest1 and Not a Moderator are obviously one in the same and sure talk the crappy jibberish of how a "Mr. David" used to talk.

In any event, they're postings are useless and unproductive furthermore untruthful and inaccurate which is the norm from the employees of the boggus firm - what a waste of forum space they are once again - surprise, surprise - nothing has changed.

Actually guest moderators are not about taking sides,it is about keeping the site clean and keeping the topics on track. When he/she has time they use their huge experiences to help other posters. I for one think we have great moderators. If a person becomes a moderator, they do not lose their voice/opinion.I am even more one-sided than you think Jeff is. he is actually being very nice to you.

Where's JJ? He was a true Moderator. He never got personally involved he just attempted to keep the peace. Yes, unlike all of you - he represented the true meaning of a Moderator.
Be the bigger person, the bigger person comes out looking much better in the long run.
Resist the urge to bad mouth this post, you can do it.

I fail to see where I am not keeping the peace. Maybe you can point out something specific, N.A.M? I really would like to understand what you are saying.

Also, allow me to ask you a question: I started here like many others - coming for advice. After a period of time, the owners of this site asked if I would like to help moderating forums, cleaning up spam and vicious posts....stuff like that. I accepted.

Now, my question to you, N.A.M: when I became a mod, was I supposed to drop all my questions and assistance to posters and strictly be a moderator or posts, without giving advice or offering personal experiences?

Jedi, you are persistant aren't you. You want my answer, you won't like it though.
Yes and No. Assistance would be the job of a Moderator, thus my answer 'yes', bad mouthing and posting things you're not really sure of, thus my answer 'no'.
Like I said before I'm not a Moderator Cop, so who cares, I don't.

I post what I know. And the fact is that Kupferstein/Liability Solution/"The Law Office":

a) violates US and Canada laws regarding debt collection
b) is not license to collect debt in any US state.
c) has been caught by news organizations for attempting to collect forgiven debt incurred fraudulently via 900 trojan horse dialers
d) has contact information on at least one internet site that deals with the sale and purchase of bad debt
e) has claimed that there is no connection between Paul Kupferstein and Liability Solutions, though they both, until recently, shared the same mailing address and same phone number

These are all facts. And what you, NAM... sorry, I didn't mean you, since you don't work for the company at all....I meant what the company has done is absolutely NOTHING to prove otherwise. The number of unique visitors that have posted on this forum concerning the activities of this company far out weigh the visitor(s) that have been here claiming is strict adherence to the law.

Oh....and a little side note. You might just want to register a username, cuz not all the people that have had issues post. Sometimes, a person sends a private message. Yeah.....the power of the PM. Almost as incredible as the power of the IP trace, but not quite.

Talk to you soon, NAM. Love you....don't go changing.

You are a smart one, how'd you know?

You are also really cute. It's too bad we can never have the life I dream of with you. But I shall do my best to go on through life, yearning for your love and your touch. So when you see that bush rustle, you can bet it's me, watching you.

Now excuse me. I just heard the microwave bell chime - my beanie weenie is done cooking.

Why is it that these threads keep getting abused... Jeff, you are a good mod... but perhaps we should just ignore these repeated attempts to get certain forums off track.. just a though
