I currently started recieving a disability payment from the Veterans Affairs in the amount of 521.00 per month. I would like to use this solely to consolidate debt and repair my credit. I am currently in college and am using the Montgomery G.I. Bill for payment and also recieve scholarships from my Indian tribe of Santo Domingo Pueblo. I hope to get help by contributing my disability compensation entirely into my debts. Please help! LOL Thank You.

Hi Ryan, it just shows how much you are concerned about your credit. I wish you all the best. Do you have any other source of income for carrying out your daily expenses? You will need to keep some money in hand in case of emergencies.

My husband also gets disability from the VA and I know that if you are getting as much as you are, you are much more disabled than the 10 percent rating he has, so my hat is off to you.
