TransUnion is now offering a guarenteed way to improve your credit score.
This is the first in what i believe will be followed up by Equifax and Experian.
I would think that a Credit Reporting Agency could be the only company that could legally advertise credit improvement guarenteed.

It doesn't appear to be affiliated with Transunion, but a service of IPCS, LLC (who no current information is available on on the net about). It appears this service works buy reporting to and obtaining information from TransUnion.
