They are not licensed in my state. Does this mean anything? I live in CA.


A loan company must be licensed in the state where they are offering loans to the borrowers. OneClickCash not licensed in your state means that they are doing their business with illegal means. If you have a loan from them, you are liable to pay them back only the principal amount.

If you have paid them more than the principal amount, stand strong and claim for a refund. See these links

mcranberra what kind of proof do I need? i got a 200 loan with them I am in collections now I paid 50 towards my balance so I only owe 150 now? I have heard stories on hear where they say they will press fraund charges ect. Is this true? Has this happened to anyone? I hope it hasent!

That is just an illegal threat they use to scare you into paying more than you are legally obligated to pay back. Majority of us have had that threat thrown at us, you will not be charged with fraud, you did not commit fraud. Ignore the threat. I laughed at them when I first heard them tell me that. Then it changed to "Oh but not you others." What others?
