My Debt with Sallie Mae

I signed up with Sallie Mae, For financial aid and they told me that the first year we didn't have to pay so thats what I did and I skipped a month and I was getting charged full price and now after two years we got a letter and they said we wouldn't stop paying for atleast 10 years or $13,000 dollars later wich I only took out $8100.00. I asked how much we have payed off so far and it acctually went up from 8100.00 to 8900.00 in two years so I don't know what to do I can't pay for another class or try to get a lone for a car or anything. Please let me know if I have any options.

Perhaps, you will have to work out something with Sallie Mae directly. They are the ones who can only arrange something for you. If you feel like, discuss the situation with a debt counselor. Maybe, he will show you some direction.
