Hi, I currently have six pdl's and I just registered on this site this morning. I am open to any advice and would like to know if dcc will be able to help me. I have three children and am slowly sinking. If I can get these consolidated I would be on top of the world. Thx

Hello and welcome to the site. I'm sure as you have read through the site you are not alone in the PDL battle. You will be receiving a call from a counselor shortly, sometimes it may take a couple of days. Why don't you tell us a little bit more about your situation. Are you dealing with online lenders or storefront lenders? Have you communicated with your lenders yet in regards to your situation, to see if they will accept some sort of payment arrangement?

I have tried to make payment arrangements w/no success. All of my loans are online and as I have said, no one wants to let me make any arrangements. I would just like to combine all of the loans and make one monthly payment. I don't want to default and am willing to pay back the money I borrowed but under my conditions.

Almost every loan company is been discussed here. Which lenders are you dealing with? Maybe, someone will tell you about their experiences with the lenders.

Have you checked with your state about the license of the PDL lenders? In some states like MD, paydays loans are prohibited. Make sure that you are informed about everything.

Ok, do a search with the company name at the google search box above. You will get links with some info about each of them. Others' posts will explain your moves dealing with the lenders. Do you have the latest statement of your loan accounts? You should know by this time how much has been paid towards the account. Your state has some laws on charging interests and fees on payday loans. The lenders are not allowed to charge beyond that.
