How am I ever going to get this mess w/ R. A. Brennan fixed?

I am one of the CrediCure / Law Offices of Richard A. Brennan victims.

I made sure they won't get any more money, but I am still two months behind on three of my creditors and one month behind on two. I managed to pay one off and paid the full amount due on a couple more.

How can I recover from this? RAB said they would refund my account on 10-1. It didn't happen. I am just heartbroken over this mess. I was trying to do the right thing and it just turns around and kicks me in the butt.


Richard A Brennan is posting in this forum. He is also giving a call back number in a few of his posts. Tell him about your present situation. You signed a contract with them, so they do have some obligations towards you if the contract is put in that way.

Try for another settlement company also because your credit accounts are getting past due.

Until today, when I find out their office is closed for a week. I really hadn't had any problems contacting them. Unfortunately they just tell me what I want to hear so I will go away. :( I don't think I would ever trust any other company. Once bitten twice shy.

What I am really looking for is ways to deal with my creditors. I am sure most of them have heard lie after lie, so I wonder if they even believe me when I tell them what RAB has done. Most of them have said if we drop out of the program - even though through no fault of our own, the program has dropped the ball - then we will revert to the high interest rates. Of course they go on to say that if they don't get paid asap, then the interest rates will revert anway.

Richard Brennan, I know you read this site. What are you going to do for me? Why wasn't my refund issued as promised? Are you going to cover the late fees that are accuruing? -
