It shows all the states caps on these types of loans, it's the first thread and is listed in alphabetical order. Hope this helps. Mississippi is listed as having a cap so they must be legal. But if you are speaking of an internet pdl then chances are they are not licensed in your state you will have to check to see if they have a license. But I bet they don't.
