Can someone share with me the contact information/phone number for T & Consolidation? I have tried contacting other companies but they only wanted to draft fees from my bank account. In the meantime, the payday loan companies are running checks through my account in it is desparately in overdraft. I'm afraid my bank is going to close my account. I'm broke every payday because my account is overdrawn before my check gets deposited into it. I want to pay these companies but I can't do it all at once. I have read that T&C can help me resolve this. Some of the other companies I talked with said that no company can work with payday loans. Is this true?


Tammy: I spoke with someone from credit counseling of America, the company referred to me after I registered and they are the company who took so long getting my file together until all my money was depleted out of my bank account by NSF fees. They are also the company that told me that Hess Attorneys at Law would be handling my case, and I read in the forum that Hess is refunding money because they do not handle contacting creditors? I don't know exactly what that forum was about but it got no replies and Hess have not done anything to help me either. My creditors (payday loans) are still calling and they are stilling running their checks through my bank account. And now, they are suing me too. That is why I am desperate to contact T & C to see if they can help me.
