For those of you that are dealing with CASHNET 500 below is a contact that responded to my cease/desist letter and asking my account to be marked paid in full.
I responded to her email thanking her but if she could formally state my account is paid in full in writing with a zero balance I would appreciate it.

I'm just paranoid that the message below will not be sufficient information to my initial request.
I sent my letter by fax and email to the following:

Contact info for CASHNET500.
questions(at)cashnet500.com
status(at)cashnet500.com
PO Box 572037
Murray, UT 84157-1992
Phone: 1-800-654-7444
Fax: 1-800-887-9284

Below is the person name and their direct email to contact for anyone of you that are trying to get your account marked paid in full.

I sent out my letter by fax and email 9/22/06. They did not deduct any money on 9/30/06 that was to be deducted since I sent them the letter. Since then I sent I resent the email everyday almost till I received a response on 9/29/06 but it was weird it was blank. So I followed up again and received their response today 10/3/06.

My loan with CASHNET 500 was for $350 with a $105 fee bringing it to $455, I had paid them $820 before I found this website and received help from everyone here. Honestly, if it wasn't for this place I would be struggling a lot more with the pdl's than I am now.
All I can say is keep trying don't give up and try the email address I received regarding my account. Let me know what happens.

Jess - Before I found this website I had 12 pdl's now I only have 8 and after learning how to control the situation from the people here I just started faxing/emailing the letters. I didn't do a stop payment I just sent them the letter and hoped for the best. Each stop payment would cost me an additional $35 on an overdrawn account. I had asked my bank to close the account and they failed to do so in time and Route 66 Funding and SGQ Processing submitted their ACH debit and ignored my requests/letter. Right now I am fighting my bank because imo its their fault they did not close it on time.
Explain to your bank your situation and see what advice they give you. I would contact your bank customer service line and see what they say and then go to your bank in person and see what they say. For me it was conflicting information and now I am fighting with them. I was told by the csr on the phone that if I closed my account nothing can get threw so with that in mind I felt I was in the "safe zone" but come last Friday I found out otherwise when Route 66 & SGQ Processing submitted ACH debits. I went into the local branch and told them this account was to be closed as I requested therefore why did these debits go through...the bank people told me that even if the account is closed an authorized ACH debit will reopen the account. I told the bank they were no authorized ACH and that this shoud have been closed. Now the bank's fraud department is investigating (filled out an affidavit and gave them copies of the letters that were sent out). It sucks cause in the mean time the bank will not close this account now till I replenish the negative amount....
