Thanks, I will just answer and go through the BS when I get the chance. I knew it wouldn't be easy. I really appreciate your help and I hope your Grandma is doing well.

We get those phone calls from 800-927-0175. the are nasty. we had a settled account with sears and they got ahold of us a the amount that was above and beyond the settled amount. the call themselves 800 Servicesand when you call them back - the "answering service" they won't put antthing in writing and when they are confronted with "do not call here again" the get verbally threatening and promised us they would continue to call every day. sound to me like harrasment so we have started to file complaints with the f.c.c. on line and are going to start recording the conversations.

Thanks Rob, I haven't talked with them because another company is contacting me about my Sears account. It may be for another creditor, but if so they have not sent me any type of bill or identified what their call is about, only that it is not a sales call.
