T & C dealing Info

I have tried dealing with credit counseling of America and they took so long processing my account that all of my money was depleted from my account by NSF fees before they could even collect any of their proposed fees. Does anyone have contact info for T & C. I really would like to try their services.

No I couldn't sign up with them because they couldn't collect their fee. They have not tried to correspond with me.
