i have not heard back yet so I can't tell you if this letter is effective or not.
Good luck.
How do you figure what you overpaid?
I live in Texas and for instance with Payday OK, I paid $ 1859.30 in interest/fees and $890.00 on the principal (total loans equal to $ 1390 over a 2 yr period) for a total of $ 2749.30 . How do I figure what I actually overpaid? I get confused a little on that! Thanks

It sounds you have sent too much to Payday OK on the principal. Claim for a refund. Stand strong because it's your right to get the refund for the excess money paid

You need to look into what the State of Texas allows to be charged, if PDL's are legal in your state. Then go from there, make sure you have counted enough to make sure you have paid the prinicple amount you borrowed back.
REFUND REQUEST
I have written this letter to request an immediate refund of $49.96 that was taken from my account. I did not authorize any company to withdraw funds from my account and want it returned immediately. I did not enroll with this company. If requesting a loan means automatic withdrawal then I do not wish to have the loan. my address Removed Cajunbulldog

Coleen, you haved posted in the wrong topic.I will answer your question though.First this website has nothing to do with removing money from your account.Steps to get your money back are as follows:
1.Contact your bank and dispute debit as fraudulent.
2. Find out who did debit from your bank and contact them directly to inform them not to debit without permission.
