Yeh, I just got done dealing with thes A**H****! That ROB THOMAS IS THE WORST. He had given me like 3 different settlement amounts, and told me they had to be paid by such and such date or else he would not offer the settlement. Oh, and my favorite part is when you ask for an itemized list or some sort of proof they get really pissed off and tell you that they have nothing more to say and hang up. Then when you call back they tell you that they will charge you for the phone calls, and then they hang up on you when you call back. If I were you I would avoid this company. Nothing but robots that have scripts on how to be ****. Keep in mind most of them that sit in that call office are probably sitting on some debt themselves!

I just delt with rob myself and what a little punk. Hey rob when someone contacts you to clear up an 8 year old debt you should not be such an ass!!! All you are is a telephone tough guy. Now that I sent your money why don't you return any of my calls? Talk to me when you have nothing over my head, or don't you have the balls! In short if I was to do it again i wouldn't have delt with that idiot.

Guest, why did you pay an old debt? It could have been beyond the SOL for your state.

This firm is full of low down tactic users and are unprofessional at their job. They try to use threats and can't get a real job.

i just talked to a guy name tom waters! hmm sound alot like rob thomas! my husband had to deal with these a** holes! they wont give us any information on a old debt. or mail us the information! they say they dont have a account # . all they have is a date and the amount! and if you press them for more information they get really rude and hang up! never in my life have i seen this!

Be careful with these guys as they are complete jerks. I have no issue paying a debt that I actually owe but Rob Thomas would not even send me a letter stating what he says I owe. This was over 2 years ago and when I contacted the place they said I owe guess what it was paid in full back then. http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-651-209-1825 is a good site to read as most of the complaints seem to be really old debt that was already paid. Not saying these guys are unethical (they are a law firm so need to be careful on the slander) but seems fishy

ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING. NEVER PAY ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE. IF THEY DO NOT SEND IT TO YOU IN WRITING DO NOT PAY IT.
