JEFFERSON HAS BEEN SENT A LETTER TO CEASE CUMUNICATIONS AND THEY SAY THEY NEVER GOT IT. IM NOT DUMB I SENT IT CERTIFIED SO NOW WHAT DO I DO

You have sent Jefferson ???Cease Communication Letter' but you have not enlisted yourself in the National Do Not Call Registry. Please enlist yourself in the National do Not Call Registry.

If after enrolling in the registry Jefferson continue to call you then please lodge a complain in FTC as well as lodge a complain in the local police station.
Please do it immediately to save yourself from further harrassing phone calls.

Welcome to the forums. Have you kept the receipt of the certified mail in safe custody? It is your legal proof of the efforts to stop such harassment calls by Jefferson.

Also you can tape record all the telephonic conversations between both of you to make more valid proof of the harassment. Then, you can consult your lawyer and take necessary action.
