Debt settlement with Citibank

I am negociating settlements with my creditors. I am told there is a different communication protocol to use with Citibank and ATT Universal cards. Do you know what that protocol is?

I don't know how ATT and Citibank will react to the proposals by your settlement company but if they have experiences on dealing with them in the past, you will surely get positive results. Stay alert on your creditors because they might try to file arbitration on you. Though the settlement company will take care of the situation in every ways and keep everything documented, you will need to present yourself if a legal case takes place.
