Oh, and fins - I used to work with Sprint. I would leave them if I were you. They routinely rank as the worst in customer service. They closed my call center. I did support for the data side. They replaced me making $20 per hour with someone making $6 per hour. You can guess the skill level those people have. They think URL is something that gets drilled out of the ground in the Middle East.

Speaking of customer service....We have one of our Priceline reps, Chanthy..She is of Cambodian decent, but lives her in Ohio, obviously.

She was dying laughing..She had a customer on hold- Which if you are on hold with a company, and you don't hear hold music..Chances are you are on MUTE and we can hear EVERYTHING you say--The customer was making fun of her, saying she was from India and making various racial slurs about her ethnicity. She got back on the line, and said, "Actually sir, my family is from Cambodia, which is a totally different company. Did you still want to speak to my supervisor?" It was classic.
