Some folks wanted to know who this “Marcia Brady’s Lovechile” is that posts as a guest, acts like he knows something about pdl’s,

The real name is Dennis Williams and the firm is Langhorne Law. Yes . . . THE Langhorne Law that so many Nationwide Cash customers posted about. Also, the Langhorne Law that developed the single-state license model that so many internet lenders follow today.

But, before you judge me too harshly:

1) I’ve fired all the collectors and brought in all new staff.
2) I’ve fired all my old clients and want to become the payday loan industry’s biggest nightmare.
3) I’ve retained debt settlement experts to fully train everyone including myself; and
4) On October 11, 2006 we’ll reopen and we will specialize in settling payday loan accounts for consumers.

I'd love to have everyone's feedback about this.

I am using langhorne debt for 6 payday loans I had -- they have done a great job -- I have settled three so far, but I got myself in trouble again and took out more payday loans thinking I would only take one til payday but it didn't happen that way -- I wanted to put these new loans with Langhorne Debt but was told I cannot add more payday loans to the program. I really need to either be able to add these or find another firm that does the same thing.

HELP!!!

Once I get this resolved, I will never take another payday loan again

I am glad to hear that you have been able to settle loans through Langhorne, the program has not worked that way for me, I have my savings and they say they are in the process of negotiations (since April 07) how long did it actually take for you? In response to your adding new pdl's to the program, I was told that they could not do that, your payments to them are based on what the original plan is. Best advise there is to pay it off on your own ASAP.

I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL COMPANIES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THAT A PDL COULD B PUT IN A PROGRAM,BECAUSE IT WOULD B LIKE WRITING A BAD CK FOR THE ONES THAT R AT PLACES LIKE CK INTO CASH. AND IF THERE IS A COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP WITH THIS AND THEY R HONEST I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THEM
