Missing payment

My statements from the creditors that you are making payments to through your company are showing that I'am a payment behind. I was told that this would be taken care of, but as of the last statement it has not been handled. This late payment occured when this office took over my account from Credicure. Please check my account and let me know what will be done to correct this matter.
