I can't seem to register. When I put in my e-mail address and try to cntinue it say my e-mail is already there but I've only registered for the counselor who I've already spoken to. I've gone to forgotten password but one has not been sent. Please help

Keep checking your e-mail maybe it is delayed for some reason.
