my car was repo'd sunday

I'm just so down right now.. Sunday @12am my car was repo'd.. i called my creditor last week and asked them if they could give me until this week to pay for the payment, i thought it was ok.. but they still took the car.. i called my creditor and told them about it and they said that they never accepted the arrangement when i called, (they only noted it).. so now i don't have a car.. What do i do? i called the creditor and they told me to take out a loan to pay off the balance on the car.. the first one that i talked to said that i can call them when im in the bank if i'm approved (on the loan to pay if off) and then when i called back, another person told me that i can't do anything right now and that i have to wait for the letter from them.. i don't know what to do now.. can anybody please suggest something? i want to get the car back..
