judgment proof???

i have been readin up alot on judgments and such. i read about bein judgment proof..an attourney i talked to mentioned me possibly bein judgment proof..does any1 know anythign about this?...my story: i have not worked in 4 yrs , only husbands income for 5 of us.only real assets is home with mortgage and not much equity,a van still with payments,cc debt seeking judgment is only in my name,got it before i got marreid then changed to my married name.btw debt is in pa .

A person will be considered "Judgment Proof" when he/she is goin
A person will be considered "Judgment Proof" when he/she is going through unemployment or while drawing disability pay or disability retired pay. A person who does not have any assets such as home, car, land and any other big-ticket item will be said as judgment proof. In other words, there is no money and it can be easily proven.
Just in case, if you need to know the statutes in your state, SOL in PA is 4 years from the date of last payment on your file.
