I have not heard about this company. But I will definitely give a call and tell that the payment will be done in full within 2 weeks. They should provide you this extra time. Did you receive anything in writing from the company, a loan statement or something similar so that you are sure that the money will be going to the right place?

Hi a1976king- welcome to the forums. First thing first: take a deep breath, and try to relax a little bit. Collectors intentionally try to send comsumers into a panic, hoping that they'll just start forking over money because they're not thinking clearly. So like I said, take a deep breath. What type of debt are you paying back? Is this a payday loan? If so, is it an online loan or a storefront loan? Let us know, and we'll do everything we can to help you.

It is an online PDL actually there are probably 10 of them. After I got one then two they just started to deposit money in my account and then send the paperwork afterwards. I am getting calls left and right, e-mails too. I am doing my best to get the loans paid but with the interest they tact on I will never get them paid off. I do have paperwork on all of them, however not all of them are a contract. What can i do from here? Is there a consolidation company out there that will include PDL?

Since you registered with this website, a counselor should be contacting you shortly to discuss your options as far as consolidation companies- and yes there are companies that consolidate payday loans. In the meantime, look back over your records to figure out what you've paid each lender so far. Even if it's just been the "interest fees" or "rollover fees" you've paid back so far to some of the companies, this counts as money paid. If the interest fees you have paid equal the amount of your principal debt with a lender, try sending them a letter letting them know that you have paid the principal amount back and that you would like your account marked paid in full. Check out the Do it Yourself section of this website, as well and Pollyandsays blog- she has a wonderful template letter there for sending to PDLS to try and get your account marked paid in full. You can just change the details of the letter to fit your state and your payday lenders. As for the remaining accounts, once you've talked to a counselor and decided on conssolidation program: 1) Request debt validation letter from all of your lenders so you can see exactly what the principal amount is, and what you've already paid, and what remains to be paid. 2) Send the lenders a Cease and Desist Communications letter, requesting that they only contact you in writing. Send both of these documents through certified return receipt mail so you can prove that they've received them, and then you've covered your rear. Keep us posted here, and ask all the questions you can think of. We look forward to hearing from you!
If this is an internet pdl you need to block them from debiting
If this is an internet pdl you need to block them from debiting your account and notify your bank to do the same, there will be a fee for this, or you can close that account (if possible, if it isn't over drawn) or go to a new bank and open a new account. This is necessary to gain control back over your finances. Especially if you are dealing with internet pdls as they go by several dbas and may try to debit your account under another dba that you don't know about. You also need to do what apaverystar23 said to do as well as filing a complaint with your state's AG office and include the fact that you have filed a formal complaint with the AG at the end of your letter. You did not commit fraud and you are not going to be arrested. Let that lady know she has comitted a crime and it is a felony, the crime is called extortion and she can face prison time even if it is her first offense. I bet she doesn't threaten you with arrest again. You are going to get through this and you are going to get alot of help here and will probably be able to rest easier tonight knowing nobody is coming to put you in jail. Most of these internet pdls aren't licensed in the state they claim to be in.
