Sheriff for arrest warrant?
Does anyone know anything about this and what can I do?
I cannot pay in one lump sum, which is what they are asking.

They may sound for real with their threat, just call them on it and tell them you know they are lying. (Don't fall for the "fraud" charges either) What state are you in? Who are the companies? How much were the loans and how much have you paid so far?(include all the roll over/interest fees) You will be ok, there is a way to get through this without living in fear of being arrested, because nobody is coming to arrest you.
